JOB OBJECTIVES:
Manage APQP whole flow, including Technology transfer, project controlling, data management, process improving and trouble shooting.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. This role will initially focus on organizing the Team Feasibility Commitment activities for the new introduced product, day-to-day monitoring and facilitating which based on APQP flow as well as other APQP issues.
2. Specific Accountabilities Essential to Acceptable Job Performance
a. Be involved in new product's kick-off meeting and together with commercial function to get the APQP timing schedule.
b. Guide the Team Feasibility Commitment Review.
c. Guide the Pre-validation Review for Process, New Equipment, Product, Quality and Environment.
d. Support Customer Account Managers to initiate the customer-oriented review according to different OEM's requirements.
e. Support External System/Customer audit as well as Internal System/Process audit which linked with APQP function
f. Statistics and Summary the Project as required.
g. Be the coordinator and facilitator during the new product introduction process,
3. Take charge of process controlling
a. Technology transferring samples support
b. Find root cause by data analysis and associate with PD lab,
c. Process improving and trouble shooting
d. Process and TSG transferring

4. Perform any additional duties not written into the position description which the higher management may require.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Chemistry or Material science.
2. Must have at least three years experience, with experience in multinational manufacture company in chemical or auto industry preferred.
3. English to level CET -6, excellent oral and written.
4. Good computer skills
5. Experienced on process controlling and management, project management's methodology, continuous improving on mass production (prefer lab experience).
6. Experienced on data process, basic ability as excel, prefer access and Minitab, etc.
7. Familiar with quality management's procedure, prefer APQP, PPAP, FMEA.
8. Hands on, be energetic, enthusiastic and have the capacity to apply extra effort when the occasion demands.
9. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and interact with people at all levels within and outside the company,able to work under pressure in a team environment.
10. Ability to visualize a problem as it affects adjacent parts of the organization.
11. Must have good organizational ability and be able to evaluate (by clear thinking) the real problems which may be concealed by extraneous and unrelated information.
