Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve Business Financial Objectives by developing, leading, and driving and implementing the overall product strategy of the Team within the framework of Local Regulatory Framework, reporting to the Head of Capital Market Products.
• Be part of the team that is responsible for developing and implementing Capital Markets investment products strategies and portfolio action across various asset classes.
• Enhance the Product Suite in line with our segment strategy, by reviewing and offering value added services and best in class product experiences.
• Monitor, review, and managed Capital Markets Portfolio, AUM Growth, Product Risks, and including Product Profitability
• Partner with key functions such as Marketing, CIO, T&O, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Sales Controls, and Regional partners.
• Adhering to local central bank policies and guidance, and execution of BEST in class Investment Strategies

                                

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years working experience in banking and with good understanding of Investment Products, preferably Capital Market related structured products.
• Prior experience in product management or product marketing is preferred
• Degree from BA discipline preferred

• Ability to write and speak well in both languages of Mandarin and English.
