JOB OBJECTIVES:
Provide professional management to monitor and provide support to business via different types of financial, business, and operational analysis.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Review & update the credit policy leverage the business growth & internal control and support the company's business.
2.Keep effective communication with other departments to solve problem or provide professional advices for credit/cash/inventory controls, support the company's business growth.
3.Assist in establishing and developing company internal control policies, coordinate the implementation of internal control procedures in accounting related activities.
4.Assist in fixed asset management and inventory management including assets account maintenance, assets physical stocktaking.
5.Production cost management, including production costing run in SAP monthly, reports related with production, material cost calculation, Overhead group review, etc.
6.Monitor profitability and cost efficiency of operations. Identify areas for continuous improvement for on-going business in accordance with its performance measurement
7.Forecast accuracy and early warning capability. Develop systems to improve forecast accuracy and risk management and present management reports coupled with evaluation and variance analysis.
8.Provide consolidated management reporting support to Management.



REQUIREMENTS:
1.Education: University degree in accounting or related discipline
2.Working Experience: 8 years+ controlling/accounting experience
3.Technical & Professional Knowledge: Fluent in written & spoken English and Mandarin, proficient in MS application, detail oriented, proactive, good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Willing to work independently and under pressure
