Overall Purpose of Job岗位目的:
Responsible for Facility and Safety issues in the whole factory.

Major Responsibilities主要职责:
● Coordinate and monitor the property service company to manage and maintain the preventive and routine mechanical and electrical maintenance of the electrical installations, lighting, air-conditioning and fire protections in the factory.
● Collaborates with internal or external resources to assure all the facility related activities are in accordance with the local regulations and laws.
● All facility projects management.
● In charge of operating & management of facility maintenance.
● Assure facility projects meet HSE requirements.
● Coordinate the monitor the property service company to improve the quality of canteen, security, cleanliness, greenery and etc.
● Communications with related local departments like police office, landlord, fire control, power supply and industrial zone office.
● Management the energy and the related cost calculations.
● Feedback internal and external information
● CIS
●Other relative tasks assigned.

Key Competencies任职要求:
● Good English Communication skill
● Good Office software skill
● Specific knowledge about health, safety and environmental.
● Have technical capability solution on safety and environmental.
● Familiar with related legal regulation

Education and Experience教育及经验要求:
● Educational教育:本科以上学历及审核员资格。
● Experience经验: 2年以上相关管理工作经验。
