1. 开发合格的非生产物料的供应商

   Sourcing qualified suppliers for all indirect material

2. 供应商产能评估及提高

   Supplier capability evaluation and improvement

3. 价格谈判及对标

   Price negotiation and overall benchmark

4. 监管供应商绩效表现

   Supplier performance monitor

5. 收集供应商绩效表现数据

   Collect the relevant date of supplier performance

6. 优化供应商

   Optimize the supplier base for all kind of indirect material request include infrastructure

7. 与供应商签订合同

   Carry out the agreement with the supplier in the highest favour of the company

8. 执行特殊或紧急的采购需

   Fulfil the special purchasing or temporary purchasing for relevant project

岗位要求 Requirements:

1. 本科以上学历，至少五年以上非生产物料采购经验

   Bachelor degree above with at least 5 years indirect purchasing experiences

2. 了解制造型企业非生产物料的品类

   Strong knowledge and experience for all kind of indirect material that manufactory used

3. 优秀的供应商管理能力，良好的沟通谈判技巧

   Excellent supplier management abilities, communication, moderation and coordination skills

4. 熟悉备品备件，机器设备，第三方服务等

   Familiar with manufactory used spare parts, production fixture, outside service and infrastructure, etc.

5. 良好的价格分析技能，对标及价格谈判

   Excellent skill in cost analyse; benchmark and price negotiation

6. 良好的团队合作

   Team work spirit

7. 良好的英文沟通技能

   Good English communication skill in oral and written

8. 熟悉合同管理

   Familiar with the terms of contract

9. 有项目管理经验

   Strong project management skills

10. 有供应商审核经验

    Good supplier audit skill

11. 熟悉ERP系统

    Good knowledge of ERP Systems

12. 熟悉办公室IT软件

    Good Command of Computer skills
