1.负责吧台管理工作，负责盘点。

Manage bar business, responsible for the inventory.

2.负责酒水订单，为宾客准备好各类酒水。

Responsible for wine orders, for guests to prepare all kinds of drinks.

3.和顾客、上级保持良好关系，及时做好酒水日报表。

Keep good relationship with customers and superiors, and make good wine list.

4.贯彻Bourbon Cookhouse餐厅的服务标准。
Follow all Bourbon Cookhouse service standards

5.确保酒水菜品服务的流畅性。
Insure the smoothness of the food and drink service.

6.检查并确保餐厅和吧台准备工作符合标准。
Check restaurant and bar’s setup with standards at all time.

7.确保酒水菜品和服务始终高标准。
Make sure consistency is maintained in quality of service and drinks&food provided.

？ 8、英语口语流利沟通（对各种酒类精通）且有调酒师3年以上经验（有调酒师中级以上证书的优先考虑）。

？ 任职要求：高中以上学历，英语4及以上
