Job Responsibilities:

• Marketing event, manage relationship with business associations/VC/fund/government bodies, formulate and execute marketing strategy and etc.
• To work closely with the regional Innovation Team and regional colleagues driving the strategies and implementation in China. Including driving the content/agenda/speakers engagement and engage business stakeholders for the Business Class and other realted marketing events; Contextual marketing,etc.
• Manage relationship with business associations/VC/fund/government bodies, formulate and execute marketing strategy and etc.
• Work with regional team on digital projects such as ecosystem, Contextual marketing, AP/AR analysis, payment, etc.
• Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the voice of the market internally with Products and Technology, with a focus on banking, payment and digital acquisition
• Identify significant long-term opportunities based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market
• Assess market requirements including opportunity size, competitive analysis, target customers and product requirements
• Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan including positioning, launch strategy, internal and external communication materials
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional collaboration with GTS, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Channels to deliver campaigns to boost business
• In charge of all digital related projects and complete UAT test, LV test
• Drive product adoption and usage by supporting market-facing programs
• Adopt digital and new media/social media technologies/tactics to drive Business Class that impact the business results

Job Requirements:

• 5 years’ professional experience in marketing or innovation in financial institutions or industry sector.
• Experience working in a product marketing capacity will be advantageous
• Knowledge of digital advertising, messaging communications and/or online presence products and a deep understanding of digital acquisition funnels.
• Excellent verbal and report presentation abilities in both Chinese and English
• Strong business knowledge, understanding of a variety of business practices, and familiarity with the banking and finance industry
• Strong communication, presentation and writing skills, in English
• Strong project management skill set
• Strong knowledge in digital banking is preferred.
