Duties:

l To install and commissary the machine in the customers and training operation members

在客户处安装和调试机器并培训相关操作人员；

l Provide professional technical support, resolve the using problem, training the operation members when necessary, feedback the using problem to sales director on time, increase the satisfaction

为客户提供技术服务，解决用户在机器使用过程中出现的问题，对用户操作人员提供必要的再培训，并用经理反馈机器使用中发生的问题，提高客户满意度。

l Support the activity to company according to business needs

根据公司安排，为公司的销售活动提供必要的销售支持

l Any other tasks assigned by manager

公司安排的其它工作任务。

l Achieve the sales target of spare parts

完成公司指定的备件销售指标

Requirements:

l Above 25 to 45 years old

25到45岁以内

l College degree or above

大专以上学历(

l 3 years or above experience in artificial board operation line

3年以上人造板工厂砂光生产线工作经验

l Have manual skills and assembly technology knowledge

具有动手操作技能和装配技术知识；

l Both of oral and writing English is must fluent.

口语及书面英语熟练

l Can accept more than 80% business travel arrangement

能接受大于80%的工作时间为出差（户口及居住地不限）

l Good communication skills

良好的沟通能力

KPI (Key performance Index)

l The settlement velocity of customer complaints

客户投诉解决速度

l One-time treatment rate on fault
