Responsibility：

This role will take lead for DFS channel business for all brands.

- Define stategy as aligned with the company and take initiative to dirve business

- Explore more busniess opportunities and build brand image at the expected level

- Analyze consumer insight of different channels

- Keep close eyes toward overall market view

1. Be fully responsible for DFS channel business all brands in line with brands strategy and achieve company sales target

2. Explore business opportunity and adapt commercial insight into customer management

3. Regular door visit, customer meeting and on-going communication

4. Propose annual, quaterly, monthly promotion plan and follow up

5. Manage travel retail channel BA and train them regularly

6. Distirbutor negotiation and management to maximize resources for all brands


Requirement：

1. 10-13 years in commercial function and at least 5 years in DFS channel, prefer multi-national FMCG, retail industry

2. Good business sense and market view

3. Good communication skills and leadership

4. Frequent business travel is required

5. Bachelor Degree
