1.    Develop, qualifies and approves supplier vendors base, by supporting supplier qualification process according to Parker and Division guidelines;

2.    Assesses supplier’s quality performance (or cost-of-quality) using statistical and analytical methods; manage and coordinate supplier Parts Per Million (S-RPPM), supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators;

3.    Create material incoming inspection plan and provide training to inspectors;

4.    Control the material quality in process to ensure the internal and external customer are not affected by poor material quality;

5.    Make sure nonconforming material is detected and issue/follow up the nonconforming material review report;

6.    Lead and implements programs to improve supplier performance. Work with the supplier directly by driving supplier continuous improvement and key lean manufacturing/production principles and techniques to critical products & key characteristics;

7.    Verify supplier compliance via suitable audit, follow-up visit and process assessments. Performs on-site audits of their quality system as related to documented procedures, work instructions, ISO 9001 Standard, etc. ;

8.    Track supplier Concern & Corrective Action Report (CCAR) plan, completion, counter-verification and effects;

9.    Continually document lessons learned and plan corrective actions as needed;

10.  Support the customer quality claim caused by material issues and team in the correct and timely treatment of customer complaints that are related to our supplier fault's;

11.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance

12.  Lead supplier root cause investigations and corrective actions through 8D Problem Resolution process, A3 Problem solving, 5-Why, fishbone, etc.;

13.  Work with Supply Chain, Project and Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) teams to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements;

14.  Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards and established related quality systems and procedures;

15.  Communicate efficiently throughout the shop floor and with own and customer’s management;

16.  Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor or department.

任职资格：

1.    achelor in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;

2.    Over 5 years related experience;

3.    Supplier Quality experience: Good sense on auditing practice, skills and policy;

4.    Computer literate;

5.    High standard of ethics and honesty;

6.    Must be willing and able to travel extensively;

7.    Proven track record and strong problem-solving skills, such as 8D, 5WHY, etc.;

8.    Proficient in quality tools: PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, control plan, etc.;

9.    Experience in injection molding (process related) is a plus;

10.  Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics is preferred; and electronics, electrical circuits are a plus;

11.  Understanding of manufacturing or service processes and the quality drivers;

12.  Fluent English speaking;

 13.  Driver license is a plus.
