职位描述

-Share the Account Marketing and Activation Plans & SMUs for the cross-border APAC Key Accounts with country clusters in order to drive alignment & deliver significant business growth
-Share the Range Architecture plan that delivers business growth in close coordination with the Key Account Sales teams
Key Responsibilities: Activation
-Liaise closely with APAC BU / BA teams helping to create calendar (including key cities, & door upweight plans) and execute branded space solutions that improve NPS with a focus on key cities and trade zones
-Responsible for sharing Annual and Seasonal Account Marketing and Activation plans for the Cross border APAC Key Accounts to country clusters
-Accountable for sharing all SMU’s and Brand Tools (physical & digital) to fulfil the Marketing and Activation Plans
-Accountable for first level of escalation from KA into BU & BA. Agree the strategic role of cross border KA with the local KA in APAC
-Responsible for continually reviewing all Account Marketing Activation for improved future performance and initiatives with Global cross border KA (Return on Investment)
-Lead by example in driving a high employee engagement and high performance culture
Key Responsibilities: Product
-Working closely with country CTC teams to help APAC CTC define, create and execute the product vision across brands
-Share SMU details (created in Lead market) with CC’s aligned to the calendar (key dates)
-Sharing of a seasonal inline product roll out calendar incorporating all relevant categories and franchises
-Align with APAC BUs to ensure product differentiation between accounts (including destination doors)
-Work with sales personnel in lead CC to recommend product assortment for each cross-border KA
-Conduct relevant reporting activities to measure the efficiency and commercial success of the range season over season
Key Relationships:
-CC Sales teams within the APAC Key Account organization
-APAC: Category Teams, BUs, BA, APAC WHS

-SMU hit rate
-Brand Activation

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
-University degree in business preferred, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
-Account marketing / Brand Activation experience
