工作内容：

1.时刻保持前台5s标准

2.热情接待家长及客户，倒水

3.接听电话，前台时刻保持至少有一位在岗并保持工作时间有人接电话

4.做好电话来访登记，以及参观到访登记

5.和招生老师时刻保持沟通，做好参观预约登记，及时给招生老师

6.留意前台的办公用品的补充和杂志的更新

7.快递的收发

任职要求：

1. 具备一定的英语口语能力

2. 销售、市场经验均可（做过学校市场工作的优先考虑）

3. 高度的责任心，踏实肯干，具有独立工作能力

4. 良好的沟通能力

5. 具有服务意识
