职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. 10% Recruiting: First screening of resume and interview arrangement, interview assessment follow up with hiring managers.
2. 40% Staffing: Employee p-file management and fine-filing of all Asia, database maintenance. On/off boarding process (offer, agreement, FESCO files) follow up, Employee Annual leave record collection and update.
3. 10% C&B: Monthly over time info collection and calculation.
4. 15% Office Admin: Stationary Purchasing, Admin Expenses Claim and follow up, Hotel reservation.
5. 25% Ad-hoc tasks: Special projects, Staff Meeting coordination, other activities.
Qualifications Required:
1. Master student in university, major in Management, Engineering, Science, etc. Career interests in HR Management and relevant experience would be a strong advantage.
2. Basic knowledge in HR Management, proficient in English, good communication skill.
3. Capability of working independently and under pressure. Good skill in MS Office.
