JOB OBJECTIVES:

Contribute to the successful achievement of team's business objectives through new products/business development, and tasks fulfilment of CASE, and to ensure that customer demand for reliable quality products can be met safely, cost effectively and timely.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide efficient and cost effective technical support in launching and promotion of CASE products in synthetic leather industrials;

2. Promote the establishment of long term customer relationship to ensure a profitable customer base;

3. Develop new polyurethane systems or improve existing systems in terms of performance, quality and cost and introduce them to customers; Secure cost reduction of raw materials used;

4. Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies for the company which supports its planned growth and profitability objectives;

5. Monitor & update market trends, technical developments, competitor activities and legislative requirements in order to identify opportunities for future growth of the company;

6. Cooperate closely with other departments and contribute to overall management of the company in line with general management objectives and ensure compliance to the company regulations;

7. Ensure that internal quality requirements and BASF and local EHS regulations are observed within the company and on customer premises, report any areas of concern to EHS Manager or CASE team leader;

REQUIREMENTS:

1. University degree in polymer, chemistry or related science;

2. > 3 years working experience in synthetic leather, familiar with coating/ or finishing process;

3. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin;

4. Hard-working sprit.
