Job Description:

Quality Management

- Supervise the follow up activity regarding yearly audit performed by French headquarter

- Ensure that the testing related documents (Quality manual, General Procedures, SOP, SOR, Master List,...) and any internal processes ready for CNAS audit

- Supervise yearly training plan and objective plan for technical team

- Record all related documents for technical team including education level, training record, yearly evaluation result, experience, etc. all these documents should be dated and easy access as part of the quality Manual.

- Develop and ensure constant updated information for the quality manual and all related documentation (General Procedures, SOP, SOR, Master list...)

- Follow up and ensure regular update of the laboratory equipment calibration

- Handle and manage training on the quality manual for every new key personnel

- Handle and manage introduction on the quality manual for every new staff member

Internal Relationship

- Work closely with customer service and technical team on a constant basis

- Show good team spirit and company commitment

Reporting

- Be reactive in providing management feedbacks regarding quality issues

- Be proactive in proposing recommendations to management when necessary

Other projects:

- Perform specific assignments as per management request even if out of the above list

Job requirements:

- French nationality

- 3 years experience in laboratory quality management ideally having worked on ISO 17025 and CNAS accreditation

- Technical backgroup quality management with educational wroking experience

- Fluent in English wring and speaking, Chinese speaking being a plus

- Good grasp of office software(WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT etc.)

- Good communication skills

- Active working attitude and willing to take the challenge
