Responsibilities :

1.Assist CFE engr on engrg material arrangement and cycle count

辅助客户支持工程师进行材料管理和盘点

2.Data collection for engrg and qual builds

工程和认证批数据收集

3.Take charge of wafer mapping converter

负责晶圆格式转化

4.Make readiness for assembly BOM, BD, UMS, PT prior qual and HVM

在认证和量产前准备封装BOM, BD, UMS, PT

Requirement :

1.Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering

2.Minimum 1 years’ working experience in semiconductor packaging

3.Familiar with APQP NPI flow

4.Knowledge of Assembly operations is a must
