工作说明：
1， To solve abnormal quality issue during in-process production, assembly and rework process产品在生产，组装及返工过程中产品质量异常分析解决。
2， To control and analysis NG parts
不合格品的控制与分析。
3， To analysis and solve customer complaint and RMA
客户投诉及退货(RMA)的分析及处理。
4， To analysis and solve supplier product quality abnormal issues
供应商产品质量异常分析解决。
5， Risk analysis and assessment for New Product Introduction
新产品导入时质量风险评估。
6， To make product quality standard
产品质量标准的制定。
Job Requirement :
职位要求：
1， Good knowledge of product quality control.
丰富的产品质量控制知识.
2， Familiar with drawing and quality standard
精通识图及相关质量标准。
3， Familiar with sample standard and inspection process
熟悉抽样标准及检验流程。
4， Familiar to use 8D report, 5 Why and other 5 quality tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA)
熟悉运用8D,5WHY和五大质量工具：APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,FMEA。
5， Good logic analysis ability and high quality consciousness
具有逻辑分析思维能力，较高的质量意识。
6， Familiar with ISO 9001 & TS 16949 quality system
熟悉ISO 9001 & TS 16949 质量体系。
7， Strong English skills for both oral and written;
良好的英语书写和表达能力
Key Result 主要工作要求:
1， Analysis and solve quality abnormal issue
分析和解决质量异常。
2， Reduce customer complaint and RMA
降低客户投诉和退货。
3， To ensure quality process and valid of quality standards (including make inspection plan)
确保质量流程及质量标准的有效性。（包括检验计划制定）
4， Train IPQC and operator related product quality requirement and control method, validation the effectiveness of training result.
对检验员和操作员进行有关产品质量要求及管控方法的培训，并验证效果。
