职责：
1. Set up and manage Tech team of the company.
组建并管理公司的技术团队。
2. Set up process and workflows of the Tech team.
确立并完善技术团队的工作流程。
3. Lead multiple digital projects.
负责公司多样化的数字媒体项目。
4. Offer professional comments and suggestion to the Senior Managements about the company strategy.
针对公司的战略发展，向高层提供专业的、有效的建议和意见。
5. Find potential problems and uncertainties; coordinate between related staff to ensure work efficiency; solve possible problems arising at work.
发现潜在的问题、不确定因素及假设，协调具体人员在工作中的衔接，解决可能出现的工作冲突。

任职要求：
1. Background in software design, especially in digital media technologies.
有软件设计，尤其是数字媒体技术的背景和经验。
2. Experience in project implementation, in line with client methodologies.
有项目实施的经验，擅长分析并满足客户的需求。
3. Experience in software localization.
有软件本地化的经验。
4. Background in mobile app design and project implementation.
有手机软件设计和项目实施的经验。
5. Able to develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and product development plan.
能够创建并维护详细的项目计划，以及产品开发计划。
6. Able to manage multiple technical projects.
能够平衡并协调同时进行的、不同的、多样化的技术项目。
7. Able to manage a small in-house team of front end developers and software engineers (Flash, JS, CSS, PHP).
能够领导一个小型的内部技术团队，包括Flash, JS, CSS, PHP的前端开发人员及软件工程师。
8. Certification in development processes, like Agile Scrum-master, would be a plus as well.
擅长制定流程，懂得Agile Scrum-master者优先。
9. English is a plus.
英语熟练者优先。
