Responsibilities: 

• Act as the site team leader on a large scale comprehensive development in Chongqing
• Supervise and provide guidance to the site team and closely coordinate with the project team
• Monitor the overall site progress, site team operation and performance
• Agree with the client on the approach of supervision for different site activities and fully care for the client’s needs
• Liaise with the clients, contractors, consultant, and local supervising engineer
• Regular review the contractor’s quality of work and draw the attention of the client as necessary
• Review contractor’s submission

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Degree or above in Structural Engineering
• More than 10 years of working experience and at least 4 years of site working experience is necessary recommended.
• Candidate with China project experience would be an advantage
• Familiar with Chinese building regulation and code requirements would also be an advantage
• Very good coordination skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua
