2:根据公司整体市场战略及产品特点，确定网络推广目标和推广方案。
3:具备主动解决问题的态度和能力，把控和推进工作的能力突出，具备团队配合力，能配合主管带领团队高效完成工作指标。
4:亲和力强，机敏，懂得照顾客户、公司于团队利益。
5:策划、执行在线推广活动，收集推广反馈数据，不断改进推广效果。
6:高中以上学历，个人素质良好，有广告工作经验者优先。
