Responsibilities

- Responsible for assisting clients in system development project management and system implementation supervision, and taking the responsibility of PMO, including but not limited to requirement and change management, system design evaluation, baseline setting and schedule control, testing supervision, go-live supervision

- Responsible for providing consulting service regarding system development process utilization and system improvement

- Responsible for providing relative training of project management during the system development

Experience

- Bachelor degree and above, with computer science and related majors, in-depth understanding of financial product development, at least 5 years’ experience in project development and control in insurance companies, banks and fund management firms

- Familiar with project management process, software process improvement model is preferred, i.e. PMP and CMMI

- Understand software engineering, programming specification, have active sense of software process control

- Strong sense of responsibility, career ambitious, creative, with team-work spirit, can work under pressure

- Good communication and expression skills

- 负责协助客户完成系统开发的项目管理和系统实施监理，担任PMO职责。包括不限于系统开发的需求及变更管理、系统设计评估、基线设定及里程碑的进度控制工作、测试监督、上线监督等。

- 负责提供系统开发流程优化及制度完善等咨询服务。

- 负责提供系统开发过程中项目管理的相关培训。

 

任职要求

 

- 本科毕业或以上，计算机及其相关专业，对金融产品开发有深刻的了解，具备5年或以上保险、银行或基金等实际项目开发、管控经验。

- 熟悉项目管理过程知识，熟悉软件过程改进模型如PMP, CMMI经验者优先。

- 熟悉云架构，微服务架构开发的优先。 

- 了解软件工程、编程规范、具有主动的软件过程控制意识。

- 有强烈的责任心和事业心，有创新意识，有团队合作精神，并能承担一定的工作压力。

- 良好的沟通和表达能力。
