Job Description 职位描述：
1. Responsible for maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System;
负责维护并改进质量管理体系；

2. Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns;
分析根本原因并执行对相关流程的改正措施；

3. Develop training to build quality awareness;
开发建立质量意识的培训；

4. Support Quality Control to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system;
支持质量控制确保产品和流程是遵照相关质量管理体系的要求；

5. Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions;
组织审核，包括关闭审核报告，创建审核报告以及决定合适的改正和预防措施；

6. Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints, and make 8D Reports;
根据客户抱怨分析失效，改正以及预防措施并进行反馈，撰写8D报告；

7. Take part in project quality;
参加项目质量活动；

8. Respect the safety and environmental rules of the company;
遵守公司环境安全的规章制度；

Work Requirement 工作要求：
1. University of industrial or engineering background;
相关工业或工程专业本科学历；

2. At least above 3 years working experience in Auto area;
至少3年以上汽车行业工作经验；

3.Have working experience in workshop is must;
必须有车间现场工作经验；

4. Good team player and capability of independent problem solving;
优秀的团队合作以及独立解决问题的能力；

5. Excellent English capability and Japanese is plus not must.
优秀的英语能力，会日语者优先。
