Location: Taizhou / Jiangsu
Qualifications:
·Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering or comparable degree.
·Solid knowledge in Business Administration
·Several years working experience in leading position in production plant for
electrical switchboards, control systems or similar electrical equipment,
(preferably in Marine / shipbuilding industry)
·Experiences with leading of personnel, cost control, work preparation etc
·Proficient leadership skills, able to lead a team of abt. 70 people.
·Strong willingness to work and live in Taizhou/Jiangsu for at least 3-5 years
·Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Tasks and responsibilities:
1.Maintain and manage a Production for electrical switchboards and control systems:
·Responsibility for performance of the operational production processes.
·Responsible for planning of personnel, capacity, investment and budget, in short-
term, medium-term and long-term intervals.
·Cost control, Budget and Overhead costs follow-up.
·Responsible for leading and motivation of subordinate personnel
·Responsible for organisation of production tools and machinery based upon
efficiency and given schedules.

·Responsible for supervision and control of quality, production cost and schedules.
·Responsible for supervision and control of work preparation (calculation, working
plans, provision and flow of material, cost controls, trouble shooting etc)
·Responsible for supervision and control of safety regulations.
·Maintain close relations and good cooperation with other adjacent departments.
·Maintain positive and good relations with customers and classification societies.

Superior: General Manager / Executive Director
Continuously work with following departments:
·Technical (Design, Quality)
·Order processing
·Finance and Control
·Procurement
·Commissioning and service
·Sales

Remarks:
The position may require working at times outside normal office working hours,
such as:
·Meeting with customers on the evening, during weekend etc.
·Travel times in early mornings or late evenings or on weekends.
·Telephone calls from customers outside normal office working hours
·Overtimes working e.g. for extensive contract negotiations etc.

All these extended working times etc. are in general compensated with the salary
for this position. Additional compensation in form of free time may be granted by
company's management case by case.
