1、依据客户需要协助客户安排聚餐与联谊，完成预定手续；
2、依据公司规章服务客户及记录特别贵宾的有关事项及每一细节；
3、处理客人投诉，针对客人心理，正确解决问题记录；

任职资格：
1、女性：18-26岁 ；
2、净身高163厘米以上 ；
3、面容姣好，身材匀称，形象气质佳；
4、专科以上学历，普通话标准，形象端庄；
5、性格乐观开朗，对服务工作充满强烈的兴趣和热情；
6、较强的责任心和进取心；
7、能高度自律，并能保持高效的工作状态，挑战高薪；
8、对服务行业有浓厚兴趣且有强烈的服务意识；
9、诚实守信，吃苦耐劳，具有团队合作精神；
10、无相关经验者和应届毕业生将有完善的培训。
