Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct polymerization to prepare appropriate lab samples for R&D projects; deliver requested results as

polymer samples, act according to given working procdures, report on results of lab samples; deliver lab samples to other

parties (application lab or customers).
- Execution of periodical maintenance according guidance of senior technician; report to the senior technician,

if repair needed.
- Operation of lab reactors, comply with official quality certifications e.g. ISO standards; conduction physical

deodorization, if required.
- Show responsibility for the lab equipment being used, take care to minimize maintenance cost by good

housekeeping and appropriate cleaning procedures, handle equipment according to manual; find a problem of the assigned

facilities, and report to senior technicians; properly handle, store and dispose expired raw materials and lab samples.
- Check lab batch card and prepare raw materials in time; fetch lab consumption, and keep material cost on low

level; order of raw materials. Labeling for chemicals (printed label & hazard symbol).
- Check list for daily start-up and shut-down; do cleaning & housekeeping in lab, help Chemical inventory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor above education background in chemistry and hands on lab experience is a plus
- Good computer skill in MS Excel, Word, etc.
- Basic communication skill in English
- Self-motivated and good sense of team work
