l Essential Functions基本职能
1. Customer relationship management , maintenance, cultivation;
客户关系的管理、维护和培养;
2. Determine the “fit” with company’s strength and biz strategies
提出符合公司优势和业务战略的建议;
3. Evaluate the worth of responsible customer and the cost of doing biz with;
评估各自客户的价值和与其合作的成本;
4. Identify and drive for CIP, establish long term service improvement initiatives;
认识并推动持续改进计划,建立长期的改进服务举措;
5. Lead in problem solving, Act as the “ Owner” of the biz to drive results and contribute to the growth and expansion of the biz.
带头解决问题,作为业务“责任人”推动业务成果,并对业务增长和扩张作出贡献。
l Scope and Accountability权限范围和责任
1. P&L Owner for responsible customers;
对各自客户的P&L负责;
2. Owner of budget and forecast (MOM/ EOM );
负责年度预算和月度预测(月中/月末);
3. AR (DSO) accountable;
负责应收账款(DSO);
4. Contract management, review and renewal for responsible customers;
负责各自客户的合同管理、审核和续签;
5. Regular customer visit, attend monthly customer biz review meeting, follow through corrective actions if any;
定期进行客户拜访,参加月度客户业务回顾会议,对需改进的方面进行跟踪直到彻底解决;
6. Monthly Deck review with management.
每月与总部管理层进行总体回顾。
l Qualification Requirements任职资格
l Knowledge知识:
1. Experience in logistics company is preferred;
有大中型物流企业从业经验;
2. Be familiar with the operation process and basic skills of customer communication;
熟悉物流业务的操作流程及客服沟通的基本技能;
3. Hold an associate degree or above.
大专及以上教育背景。
l Skills技能:
1. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working style, able to influence the biz;
具备良好的沟通能力和协作精神,能够对业务产生影响力;
2. Strongly-developed analytical and conceptual skills, as well as financial skills;
具备良好的分析推理能力和相应的财务技能;

l Experience经验:
1. Above 3 years working experience in large or medium-sized logistics company;
三年以上大中型物流企业从业经验;
2. Excellent communication skill;
优秀的客户沟通能力;
3. Good ability of understanding, communication and coordination with relative internal functions;
良好的公司内部横向工作关联的理解、沟通、协调能力;
4. Well-behaved, outgoing personality, hard-working, have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
品行端正、性格开朗、工作勤奋,有较强的责任感和团队合作精神;
5. High degree of professional dedication, strong ability of study and able to work under pressure.
