Job Purpose 

Establish strong relationships throughout various customer functional groups and responsible for local forecast .  Interface with SBU for pricing and competitive positioning for product families, Assist sales in seeking out new business for SBU and response for any new RFQ. Close orders, tactical selling and shipment , responsible for helping the sales team close orders and shipment.   Work with local internal manufacturing, operations, quality and finance. Coordinate preparation of cost estimates, financial proposals, analysis, and summaries.   Lead projects of major scope and complexity which have minimal prior definition, and effectively team with functional experts to leverage resources.  Responsible for the financial, functional, and schedule performance of assigned projects/products.  May be a direct participant in the development of or coordinate proposal preparation and standards of work and specifications.  Establish milestones and monitor adherence to program master plans and schedules.  Direct the performance of program functional task elements.  Act as primary internal and external contact for status and performance   Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (local/national laws, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, etc.) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures.   Responsible for the customer issue and Warranty.           

Key Responsibilities

  ? Build strong customer relationships and assist sales with pro-actively addressing customer issues.

? Close orders, tactical selling and shipment , responsible for helping the sales team close orders and shipment

? Generate forecasts and evaluate competitive product features, pricing, and positioning.

? Guide products through development, industrialization, and manufacturing.

? Support and promote continuous improvement activities.  Evaluate and implement new systems, processes, and methodologies as appropriate.

? Determine department needs and suggest corrective action related to these needs.

? Coordinate preparation of cost estimates, financial proposals, analysis, and summaries. 

? Develop and participate in strategic planning.

? Acts as primary contact for project/product status and performance.

? Identify and lead projects related to new products and business growth.

? Coordinate logistic import/export compliance for the customer requirement

? Establish and maintain milestones and project plans.

? Contribute to the business plan to attain group objectives.

? Coach cross-functional team members, and assure the appropriate training to work effectively.

? Act on behalf of manager or other team members when they are away..
