Specialized knowledge and skills：

1. Good English skills both written and speaking;

2. Bachelor degree above，major in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering etc.;

3. Familiar with different technology, process engineering, quality tools and quality management system；

4. Good compressive capacity；

5. At least 3 years quality control or technical engineering experience in mechanical industry；Design experience will be advanced considered.

6. Keep records and file various QC reports

7. Timely follow-up on the vendor’s work in process for inspection schedule consolidation.

Responsible:

1. Develop a standard checklist for quality inspection and assurance - both internal and set up a supplier audit schedule to ensure full compliance and integrity.

2. Define policy and procedures for CAPEX, OPEX related equipment and machine inwards controls and inspection records at all sites and monitor compliance.

3. Develop a Supplier Audit Schedule appropriate to ensure complete integrity of supply chain.

4. Develop a Supplier evaluation, approval and audit policy.

5. Supplier complaints handling (8D).

6. Weekly Q reporting and Monthly KPIs review (Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations)

7. SPC/analyses of production data and analyses of reject/warranty claims/parts (Maintains statistical process controls…, processes…)

8. IQC and SQE-staff training and evaluation

9. Product/Supplier related, Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes…

10. Facilitate problem solving activities for supplier quality issues

11. Assist launch teams in conducting QA and QR activities with respect to purchased products

12. Support process-, product-, line-, 5s audits

13. Assist in the resolution of supplier relates customer warranty claims

14. Maintain and help develop Certified Supplier Program

We are not a trading business. Where requested we ‘pull’ product into the market based on specific client orders & requests, not ‘push’ product into the market to sell at lowest cost. We provide bespoke, flexible solutions for our clients which can incorporate elements of both project-based (consulting) services and managed services, depending on the desired outcomes.
