主要职责

1.Handle with RF matters of etcher system,kindly cooperate with partners to design and optimize RF system of chamber outside,such as match box/HVM..

2.Design and operate C&F/CIP tests for RF system optimization of chamber inside

3.Provide failure analysis,troubleshooting and customer support

4.Prepare documentation to release design change to production

资历要求

1.Master or Ph.D. majored in Physics, Applies Physics, Magnetic Field and Electrical Engineering, or related field of study

2.Familiarized with RF circuit or RF field.

3.Ability to identify and develop the analysis methods and to characterize the materials and products.

4.Ability to work with external and internal partners in a multi-tasking environment with changing priorities

5.Self motivated,proactive and hardworking:Good communication skill and strong team spirit.
