职责描述：

1. Work with suppliers to ensure parts quality to meet AMEC drawing specs and requirements.

2. Solve material quality issues timely and support with Manufacturing for urgent material shortage.

3. Drive with suppliers to handle parts Non-conformance (quality issue), failure analysis and to close it with clear measures.

4. Onsite touchup works supporting is needed, such as de-burring, manual-drilling, thread-tapping, polishing, painting make-up and etc.

5. Team up with IQC members to ensure smooth quality inspection, including help to setup SOP, benchmarks with related parties.

6. Conduct supplier parts manufacturing PCP and procedures audit at an appropriate time

7. Develop and implement inspection SOP for critical process kits parts, sourcing inspection

8. Follow up Supplier Kaizen plan and continues improvement plans;

9. Be responsible for supplier related training

10. Others tasks assigned by team leader.

任职要求：

1. Engineering Degree (BS preferred) background with supplier quality management 2+ years of experience; 1-2 manufacturing working experience.

2. Be able to read 2D drawing details, such as dimensional, tolerance control and a good understand of parts assembly and adaptability

3. Basic machining knowledge, for instance metal processing, chemical cleaning, Electro-Polishing, anodization, plating and etc. machine shop experience is a plus

4. Know about the special material, for instance, Rhenium, Tungsten, Quartz, Ceramic, Graphite, Silicon carbon and others.

5.Good communication skill and strong team spirit

6. English language skills, good at writing and listening.

7. Flexible business travelling up to 40% in domestic as required and willing to work over time during evenings and weekends by following company's policy
