岗位要求：

1. 三年以上IT consulting 经验；

2. 具有软体开发，Database design, business requirement 分析，转换 business requirement 到 functional requirement，

3. 拥有也懂得使用 BPMN (Business Process modeling and notation )工具，non-functional and system requirement 分析和撰写,

4. 有撰写 use case diagram, use uses 经验，有 Workflow management system 经验。
