职位描述：

 

1. Manage
   domestic & international food regulatory issues for McCormick China and conduct
   risk assessment and generate analysis report to take preventive and corrective
   measures 处理味好美中国国内外食品法规事务，进行风险评估并完成分析报告，采取预防和矫正措施

2. Keep the eyes on regulatory
   information and trends issued by government and take timely actions 密切关注政府出台的法规信息和趋势，并采取及时的行动

3. Maintain good relationship with
   relevant governmental functions 维护与和政府相关部门的良好关系

4. Ensure the valid company
   standard and product qualification of vendors and suppliers 确保有效的公司标准和供应商产品资格

5. Lead project on regulatory,
   support auditing and handle technical request and requirement from internal and
   external customers; coordinate related parties including operations, PQA,
   purchasing, R&D to communicate and solve regulatory issues and QA standard 领导法规项目；支持审计并处理公司内外部的技术要求；协调包括营运、工厂质量、采购和研发在内的相关部门，沟通并解决法规问题和质量保证标准

6. Manage,
   supervise, train and coach team member in their career development 处理、监督、培训并指导团队，帮助团队成员的职业发展

 

职位要求：

 

1. 5+ years working experience in food
   manufacturing industry 5年以上食品制造业经验

2. 3+ years working experience with local and
   international food regulations 3年以上国内和国际食品法规经验

3. Familiar
   with local and international regulations, export/customs requirements,
   ingredient and product naming conventions necessary to get McCormick products
   into countries around 熟悉国内外食品法规、出口/海关要求、配料和产品命名规则，实现味好美产品出口至周边国家

4. Proficient
   at identifying and managing priorities, customer service, time management,
   supervisory skills,. 高效率确认并处理优先事务、客户服务、实际管理及领导力

5. Good
   communication and team management skills 良好的沟通和团队管理能力

6. High level
   of professionalism, judgment and savvy in working vertically and horizontally
   areas. 较高的专业能力、判断力和领悟力

7. Able
   to speak and write in both English & Chinese 中英文书写和口语能力
