制片 Producer

l 岗位职责：Responsibilities:

1. 负责项目日常运作，包括外部客户沟通及内部各项目组的协调；

1. Take responsibility for the daily project operation, including the contact issues with clients and the internal coordination in different groups.

2. 根据项目需求，协助提供最终估价以及成本核算。

2. Draw up the final estimate and cost calculation based on project requirements.

3. 根据各项目进度、品质要求，制订项目生产进度表。

3. Draw up the progress schedules according to the status and quality standard of each project.

4. 跟踪各项目组工作进展，把握质量和进度，保证项目在预算内完成；

4. Track the working progress of each group and handle the production quality to ensure the projects completed within the budget.

5. 管理、指导、监督项目团队开展工作，并对下属进行业务评估和绩效考核。

5. Supervise/guide and coach subordinates; Manage all the departments’ performance reviews and develop career paths.

ll 任职要求： Requirements

1. 两年以上动画（或游戏）制片经验或相关管理经验优先；

1. 2+ years of experience as a Producer in animation or in other relevant management field is a plus. .

2. 熟悉动画制作流程，具备相应的作品鉴赏能力；

2. Be familiar with the working process of animation industry; An appreciative ability of animation production

3. 了解动画制作、CG电影和视觉特效渲染等的流程者优先考虑。

3. A general knowledge of Animation/CG Movies and special visual effect process is a plus.

4. 具备制定项目计划，擅长项目管理，并能准确掌控整个项目的进程，具有良好的质量、时间、成本控管技巧与能力；

4. Ability to make plans for projects and be good at management; ability to take control of the whole project process accurately and good skills of the quality/time/cost control.

5. 具有较强的计划、组织、推动、实施、监控及协调管理能力，认真、严谨、务实的工作态度和责任心；

5. Knowledge of management principles involved in strategic planning, production methods, and coordination of people and resources; Attitude of conscientious/ rigorously/pragmatic;

6. 协调各部门之间的工作关系，把握好工作进度，确保项目准时完成；

6. Take care of the internal coordination in different groups;

7. 热爱动漫行业，具备良好的沟通协调能力以及较强的团队合作精神；

7. A great passion for animation industry; Excellent interpersonal communication and a strong sense of team spirit.
