职位描述：

1、完成每日的维修工作

2、按保养计划完成设备预防保养工作

3、设备的巡视巡检以及抄表（包括生活水，换热系统，集水井），确保水泵、阀门工作正常，完好无渗漏。

4、做好节能环保工作，努力降低能耗。

5、做好泵房及工作场所卫生清洁，保持良好的工作环境。

6、处理突发事件，如停电、停水、防台及防汛

任职要求：

1、 高中（或技工学校）以上文化

2、有相关专业上岗证或等级证书，2年以上同等工作经验

3、熟悉给排水系统的运行及保养。包括下水道疏通，管道安装技术。

4、身体健康，无有碍职业疾病。

5、有良好的服务意识及团队合作精神。

6、可以根据需要上运行班包括夜班
