JOB OBJECTIVES:
主要负责原材料和产品的测试、COA报告汇总,SAP系统数据维护以及实验室日常的维护管理, 现场过程质量审核,协助进行质量管理体系的改进.
Be responsible for lab test and COA released report for raw material and product , SAP data inputting, some daily management for lab.On-site process quality audit. Assist in developing and improving quality management system.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.依照相关的作业文件实施测试流程.
Have authority to operate the testing process according to related SOP and WI.

2. 对进货检验的不合格材料有权实施待判指令.
Have authority to hold on raw material if incoming inspection control does not met the specification.

3. 对生产过程中不合格的产品有权实施待判指令.
Have authority to hold on the production if the in-process quality control doesnot meet the specification.

4. 有权停止生产,以纠正质量问题.
Have the authority to stop production to correct quality problems.

Major Responsibilities:
1. 实验室日常管理Lab daily management
a) 5S and safety
b) Sub-material control(standard stuff ,chemical reagent)
c) Tooling (vessel, beaker, crucible etc) management
d) Lab equipment spare parts management
e) Lab equipment maintenance
f) Lab equipment self-verification management


2. 原材料测试 Lab test for raw material
a) Visual check
b) LECO-solid content
c) Particle size if needed
d) COA check
e) Test record management


3. 载体检验Lab test for substrate
a) Visual check
b) Dimension and weight test
c) COA check
d) Check report management


4. 浆料测试Lab test for slurry
a) PH,
b) Sympatec-particle size
c) LECO-solid content
d) Mettler –solid content
e) Shimadzu-solid content
f) Brookfield-Viscosity and Rheology
g) Test record management
h) Slurry COA management


5. 成品测试 lab test for catalyst
a) Super flow-back pressure
b) WCA-Metal products’ washcoat adhesion
c) Metal product’s lot evaluation


6. 过程审核和产品审核 Process Audit and Final product Audit
a) Process audit every shift according to related SOP and WI
b) Product audit every ten days according to related SOP and WI


7. SAP 数据输入管理 SAP datas inputting management

8. 产品最终外观抽样检查Final visual inspection- visual standard, etc.

9. 产品抽样委外测试Sampling parts for final product test to outside lab.

10. 支持实验室主管持续改进实验室Support lab leader to improve the existing lab system

11. 协助部门领导建立完善质量管量体系。Assist in developing and improving quality management system.


REQUIREMENTS:

1. 大专以上学历
Junior College and above

2. 掌握一定的化学或相关的知识.
Master some knowledge of Chemical or relative subjects

3. 具有实验室检测或分析仪器操作经验优先.
Priority of experience in lab test or analytical equipment operation

4. 对ISO9001：2000质量管理体系有一定的了解。
Know about quality management system of ISO9001:2000.

5. 熟练使用电脑软件
Familiarly with Microsoft Office

6. 一定的英语能力
Basic English skills

7. 沟通能力良好,具有善与他人共事的良好品质.
Have good communication skill. Own good personal quality of working with others .
