Duties :
- Source, compare and select competitive suppliers to provide cost effective and high quality products for the Hardgoods categories, focusing on Sports, Indoor and Outdoor Furniture.
- Responsible for supplier management, including supplier evaluation, Supplier Capability and ensuring follow up on Company CSR policies.
- Responsible for order control, timelines, price negotiation, DIFOT, QC checking and coordination with NZ buyers. Following up with Complaint settlements.
- Assist Merchandise manager on project handling, including product development, new products sourcing to NZ buyers etc.
- Travel around China visiting suppliers to develop partnership.

Requirements :
- Bachelor degree or above in relative areas;
- 5 years independent sourcing working experience in buying office of foreign retailers.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, sense of market, and detail orientated.
- Willing to travel within China or overseas as the business requires;
- Prepared to work under pressure, and needs to be a good team worker;
- Good command of English, CET-6 is required
