Responsibilities

执掌

？ Take charge of Product Development from Brand directives; to visualize brand

ID and transfer into actionable design collections

负责根据品牌形象与产品计划，规划每季度由趋势分析，色彩走向，概念说明，主副料调研，到产品开发设计与完成

？ Development of core line and seasonal collections

负责开发品牌核心产品和季节性发展产品线

？ Lead and coordinate outsource network of designer and technical support to realize design

领导设计团队和协调外包和技术支持，实现设计师的设计理念

？ Be on top of fashion trend / market information to input to team for product development

带领团队对于顶级时尚潮流产品的开发流行趋势及市场高端的信息传导

？ Participate in fittings, prototype revision and communications pertaining to such revisions.

负责审核服装版型：与版师，生产部门沟通协调确认。

？ Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing team to develop the Product Plan

配合销售和市场营销团队开发产品计划

？ Work closely with Production team to realize deliverable

配合生产团队达成生产计划完成目标

？ To work within assigned budget and timeline

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
At least 8 years experience in fashion design with track record in new product development management
Proficient in English Language (spoken and written), ability to communicate with overseas partners.
Experience in menswear inner-clothing
Diploma in fashion design or equivalent
Good outsource network of designer and manufacturer
Proficient in computer graphic softwares listed: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Microsoft Word,Excel, and Powerpoint.

Ability to use above softwares to execute flat sketches and construction worksheets.
Ability to draw freehand design sketches and croquis inspiration boards
