岗位职责:

？ 建立生产部固定资产相关的管理程序并监督其有效运行。
Establish management procedures related to fixed assets in Production Department and supervise their effective operation.
？ 建立及定期更新生产类固定资产登记台账。
Establish and regularly update the production fixed asset registration ledger.
？ 和技术开发中心、项目服务团队沟通和协调，做好生产部资产未转固前的管理。
Communicate and coordinate with TDC and project service team to properly manage Production Department's assets before they are transformed to fixed assets.
？ 收集、整理和汇总资本性项目设备清册，协助完成SAP设备主数据的创建或维护。
Collect, sort out and summarize the equipment list of capital projects, and assist in the creation or maintenance of SAP equipment master data.
？ 协助工厂做好固定资产更新设备的采购、验收、收发、安装、调试。
Assist plants in purchasing, acceptance, receiving and issuance, installation and commissioning of fixed asset replacement equipment.
？ 协助工厂开展固定资产的清查、登记、统计、汇总、建档及日常监督检查。
Assist plants to carry out inventory, registration, statistics, summary, filing and daily supervision and inspection of fixed assets.
？ 跟踪固定资产零购预算的使用情况，及时分析、汇报，帮助有效控制预算。
Track the use of sporadic purchase budget for fixed assets, analyse and report in time to help effectively control the budget.
？ 负责协调生产部固定资产的报废、更新的立项和审批，并协助开展相关技术论证。
Be responsible for coordinating the proposal and approval of scraping and replacement of fixed assets in Production Department, and assisting in relevant technical demonstration.
？ 参与财务部组织的资产盘点、资产核算和分析等工作，协调生产部的固定资产盘点。
Participate in assets inventory, assets accounting and analysis organized by Finance Department, and coordinate the fixed asset inventory of Production Department.
？ 参与设备运维管理期间的APM可靠性管理工作。
Participate in APM reliability management during equipment operation and maintenance management.
？ 参与设备故障RCFA并跟踪行动项。
Participate in equipment failure RCFA and track actions.
？ 负责编制生产部设备运行管理技术月报。
Be responsible for preparing the technical monthly report on equipment operation management of Production Department.
？ 及时完成上级领导分配的其他工作。
Timely complete other works assigned by superior leader.

任职资格:

？ 本科及以上学历，机械或自动化专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or automation.
？ 至少5年石油化工行业设备管理经验，熟悉行业标准的应用，具备人员培训和指导的经验。
At least 5 years of equipment management experience in petrochemical industry, familiar with the application of industry standards, experience in personnel training and guidance.
？ 良好的计划、协调、沟通能力，良好的人际关系和影响力。
Good planning, coordination, communication skills, good interpersonal relationship and influence.
？ 工作细心并有较强的学习、分析能力。
Careful at work and strong ability of study and analysis.
？ 熟练的计算机使用技术，精通EXCEL，WORD及POWERPOINT，有SAP经验优先。
Skilled in computer use, proficient in EXCEL, WORD and POWERPOINT, candidate with SAP experience is preferred.
