                ？  Product Relevant:

 n  Analyze and manage products portfolio, develop new product concept according to market trend and competition situation, and matching company’s strategy.

 n  Analyze market and consumer data, finalize products specification, features. Simulation for investment cost and financial merit.

 n  Set-up new products development project, follow up and control QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) during the whole period. 

 n  Lead the product design, including structure and system, BOM. n  Responsible for product evaluation/qualification，build-up plan for both parts and system, cooperation with varies teams to finalize all specification.

n  Set-up and lead the design review in different milestone during the development process. 

 n  Responsible for resolving product design, evaluation test issues. 

 n  Responsible for new product development documents filing, including 3D/2D drawing, components specification, evaluation testing report, etc. 

 n  Cooperate with marketing team, to support new product launch program. 

 n  Other tasks required by line manager with respect of time delivery  

 Requirements

 ？  Bachelor’s Degree or above.

 ？  More than 5 years above experience at new products development, prefer household product background. 

 ？  Excellent skill in 3D/2D design software, be familiar with injection tooling, pressing tooling design, and manufacture processing. 

 ？  Strong ability in project management and leading cross-functional teams. Strong mind in schedule control.

 ？  Excellent communication skill, in oral, written and graphic, to lead an effectively communication at all level of the organization and build up good relationship between different function teams.

 ？  Strategic thinking and analytical skill, problem solving skill. ？  Result-oriented and creative thinking, quick action.

 ？  Good command of oral and writing in English ？  Proficiency on Office software (Excel, Power point, word, etc.)
