协助专利代理人处理专利文件。


任职要求：
1、通信电子专业，大学本科以上学历；
2、必须具有有专利代理人资格证及执业证；（没有者请勿投简历）
3、有2年以上专利撰写经验；
4、欢迎兼职及合伙代理人。

Due to a lot of the Straits between China and Taiwan and US Legal Affairs, Patent litigation becomes a legal method to acquire market against the competitors. Therefore, our US Law Firm, LGLC branch in Shenzhen and Shanghai will help our clients to control the case near China to save the higher legal cost from US Law Firm. We also can be the consultant to your company in China that we can establish the legal; strategy for your company in China and US.

1. Legal Advise and opinions to IP, Civil and Regulation in Straits and US.
2. Contract Review, especially OEM Agreement.
3. Legal Resource for the International Cases.
4.Establish the In-House Legal System and ISO.
5. Litigation and Settlement in China and US, especially to save the big cost from Lawyers.
