Job Title：Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to：Head of Admission, Marketing and Communications

Duties & Responsibilities：

• Manage the social media landscape for brand monitoring all platforms (e.g. WECHAT, Website.) and user generated content to ensure appropriate content is effective for communications within each channel.

• Identify and communicate with key influencers who can contribute to brand authenticity and create higher awareness amongst the target.

• Monitor all social media for feedback; communicating internally to avoid negative stories and working with sales to improve and/or evolve future content and marketing support online.

• Manage concept development and campaign execution for all social media promotions / giveaways.

• Remain up to date on the fast developing media environment in general and new media technologies and opportunities in particular.

  Website

• Drive execution of web projects and managing day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for web project-related initiatives.

• Responsible for website design and execution including the use URL landing pages and portals.

  Email Marketing

• Work with Marcom team to setup electronic direct mailer program, including brand news, updates, and announcements; and measure performance and KPI’s for analyzing efficiency (data feeds, database hygiene, email templates, translation integrations, automated email setup, web analytics integration, etc.).

Requirement：

• Strong knowledge of adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong knowledge of graphic design, layout and typography.

• Experience of website management.

• Experience of managing and maintaining Wechat platform

• Experience of project management.

• Minimum 2yrs related working experience.

• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.

• The ability to show cultural sensitivity and be a good brand ambassador.

• A firm but supportive and approachable manner.

• Willingness to be flexible and accommodating to the demands of a busy International School admissions and administration needs.

• Reliable and highly organized.
