Responsibilities Include:

1. In charge of the financial management including accounting, audit, credit control, tax and cash management etc.
2. Ensure compliance. Direct the preparation of financial statements and review operating budget

3. Interface with all legal, regulatory and governmental agencies to resolve issues and achieve corporate operating objectives.
4. Advise on tax planning and report activities


Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Finance or CPA.
2. Minimum 8 years of all round financial experience

3. In-depth knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Tax issues, Accounting Processes.
4. Well-organized, effective, committed and independent.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluent Mandarin and Proficiency with English.
7. Good computing skills especially in excel.
