Job Title:HSE Engineer
Responsibilities
1.ISO14001, OHSAS18001 integrated management system establishment, implementation, audit, management review, continual improvement for SGTP according to global certification program.
2.HSE Monthly review for internal document to meet the Laws, regulations
3.Day-to-day HSE management to support internal business.
4.Organize internal and external HSE training courses according to requirement of station responsibility.
5.Conducts HSE Aspects identification and evaluation according to SGTP Process Procedures and annual review, reports, also for the changes in SGTP.
6.Conduct investigation for accidents/incidents in SLC Energy Sector China and find out root-cause for accidents/incidents for preventing reoccurrence. Provide accident reports .
7.Provide regular reports.
8.Conduct annual emergency response plan for companies in the buildings, e.g. fire drill, first aid training.
Qualification:
1.At least 3 years of working experience in HSE in a manufacturing environment.
2.Bachelor degree in engineering or occupational safety, health, industrial hygiene
3.Knowledge and practices of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standards
4.Business process approach and Plan-Do-Check-Action concept and practices
5.HSE Aspects identification and risk evaluation knowledge and practices.
6.HSE related laws and regulations knowledge and practices.
7.HSE internal audit skills and knowledge
8.HSE Training delivery practices.
9.Good Skills in communication, computer and English
10.QHSE Tools, ISO 9001 and experience at quality field.
