Job Description:
1. Ensure effective and efficient project management of small&medium sized investment projects of Clariant in China
2. Define the project scope and technical solutions to meet the business case together with the project owner
3. Ensure technical implementation to meet all quality, ESHA and legislative requirements within budget and schedule
4. Manage and control project risks and initiate corrective measures in case of deviations
5. Manage, motivate and develop project members.Decide on staffing of projects and integrate internal/external engineers in project team
6. Define binding rules,set standards, harmonize tools and provide guidlines for best-practise
7. Arrange and provide expertise/know-how regarding special technical issues and project management

Requirement:
1. Graduate engineer in the field of process and mechanical engineering
2. +10 years professional experience, thereof +5 years experience as lead engineer/project manager of small and medium sized investment projects
3. Analytical and strategical thinking,leadership skills,capability to motivate
4. Able to work under pressure
