Job responsibilities:

-Review and checking employee expenses claim, payment request in line with company policy and tax regulations

-Check the corporate card claim forms for completeness of supporting document and approval

-Input invoice/payment vouchers in accounting system timely and accurately with proper coding.

-Prepare all paper payment instruction and required documents to bank for domestic payment or oversea payment

-Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

-Cash management and cash flow forecast

-Contracts filing and prepare stamp duty

-Ensure fixed assets are controlled and accounted for at all times, including an audit at least once every year

-Any other bank related transactions / affairs

-Issue invoice and do tax filings

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

-At least 2 years working experience in finance and accounting in MNC

-Understanding of Chinese accounting rule and tax rule

-Good English, Experience of using accounting software, strong in PC skills

-High level of accuracy, strong attention to details

-Good team player and communication skills
