As a Consultant in Shanghai, China location you are part of the Shanghai team which is responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner to our client's satisfaction and on budget.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Ability to multi-task and handle complex matters with no supervision and with excellent follow up skills

· Ability to manage projects and project risk to ensure customer business needs are met and go-live

objectives are achieved

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues and customers

· Ability to identify scope changes and impacts to existing project budget and deadlines

· Ability to conduct effective conversations with executive level and staff level resources

· Ability to deliver training classes

· Ability to deliver complex workflow charts (VISIO) and user instructions

· Implements business software with guidance from project managers

· Transferring knowledge of the transactional and/or non-transactional (beyond ERP) system via training

· Translates client's requirements into feasible solutions considering the totality of the company's

processes.

· Identifying relatively complex solutions to business issues in the transactional and/or non-transactional

areas.

· Analyzes and breakdowns complex business processes (related to software solutions) and translates them into

feasible solutions

Job Requirements (Experience):

· At least Bachelor Degree, Master's degree is preferred

· At least 3 years' consultancy experience

· Must be fluent in Chinese and English (written, verbal, and presentation skills)

· Solid financial knowledge is a MUST, especially knowledge in costing is PLUS

· SQL knowledge is a MUST, especially SQL program experience is PLUS

· Customized Reports development skills (Crystal report, SSRS, etc.) is plus

· Experience with customers full cycle ERP project implementation, especially experience in Globe or Synergy

system is PLUS

· Solid knowledge and experience in any of the following modules: Financial, Logistic, Manufacturing,

Warehouse Management, CRM, OA, experience with multiple modules is PLUS

· Must be able to work under great pressure

· Must be willing to travel
