职位名称: 聚合物颜色和添加剂实验室实验员

Position: Polymeric Colorant & Additives Lab Associate

汇报对象/Report to: 实验室技术经理/Lab Technical Manager

工作地点/Location: 上海/Shanghai

主要职责/ Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. 执行日化行业，聚氨酯领域的配色服务，评估颜色的稳定性。以及相关领域添加剂的应用开发

Perform color matching, evaluate color stability and color use in a variety of applications

2. 执行实验室技术服务的具体操作

Follow the TSR process in the lab

3. 利用分析测试设备采集相关的数据和分析结果，及时更新实验结果

Use analytical equipment to collect data, document data and analysis test results, update TSR database and follow-up until TSR is closed and completed

4. 配合技术经理评估产品在新领域的应用开发

Work with Technical Manager to evaluate product use in new applications

5. 配合实验室主管和技术经理制备销售推广需要的样品

Prepare sales tool as assigned by Lab Leader & Technical Manager

6. 负责维护相应的实验室设备，仪器

Responsible for the housekeeping and maintenance of apparatus, instruments and equipment designated by Lab Leader & Technical Manage

7. 执行公司的安全操作流程，保证最高的安全标准

Follow Company Safety practices and maintain high level of safety standards at all times

职务要求/ Requirements

1. 本科学历，化学化工相关专业 University degree in Chemistry or chemical engineering education
2. 1-3年相关工作经验，日化，聚氨酯，涂层等领域 1 to 3 years related experience in detergent, polyurethane, coating area
3. 能独立工作但具有团队精神 Able to work independently while being a team player

4. 良好的处理工作压力的能力 Able to work under pressure and tight time frame

5. 英语流利 Fluent in both written and spoken English

6. 熟练使用电脑及各种office软件 Good PC skills including a proficiency in Microsoft Office

7. 良好的书面及口头沟通能力 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

8. 具有主观能动性，工作上的灵活性和创新性

   Possess high levels of initiative, motivation, flexibility and creativity to deliver results
