工作职责:

？ 为拟投资项目提供可行性、合法性分析和法律风险预测；

？ 参与拟投资项目交易文件的谈判、协助起草和修订交易文件，提供专业法律服务；

？ 参与拟投资项目的法律尽职调查；

？ 协调与外聘法律机构的合作、业务联系。

任职资格:

？ 知名院校法学专业毕业；通过国家司法考试；有英美法律学位者优先；

？ 1年以上知名律所或者知名企业法务经验；

？ 熟练使用英文。
