Job Title: IT Manager(零售店铺IT经理)

A leading fashion retailer

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

· Manages the shop IT Teams within the Retail Shanghai Office.

· Responsible for the project and operational support resource planning, including internal resource allocation, and execution/ delivery against approved prioritized, demand.

· Store system implementation, provide hands on new store projects/new systems management.

· Provide local support for all store system and applications through aggressive management and service vendors.

· Maintain fiscal responsibility for related budgets and invoices.

· Maintain business relationships with all vendors.

· Develop/track project plans, allocate resources, problem identification and timely resolution of store issues.

· Provide hands on all store technical infrastructure management and service delivery.

Job Requirement：

· Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.

· Fluent with business level English both orally and written.

· 5-10 years in information technology related experience.

· Experience communicating by phone and face-to-face with customers collecting requirements and implementation details, implementing solutions, and providing technical support.

· Able to travel internationally.
