Overall of the role:

• Define WeChat roadmap and deliver features that facilitate customer journeys
• Identify integration touchpoints with WeChat to enhance customer engagement and platform adoption
• Coordinate communication between in-house stakeholders in China and India Product team
• Co-own conversion and growth for China product, closely working with the India Product and Design team

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning and design of WeChat operation plan, including requirements analysis, function planning, prototyping, interaction design, responsible for version iteration, product acceptance, etc.
• Conduct competitive product analysis to accurately grasp market dynamics and provide support for product and operation work;
• Conduct user analysis, user research, and improve user portraits;
• Responsible for coordination and communication during the project promotion process, and can work closely with relevant departments and teams to ensure that projects are on time;
• Drive increase in customer engagement, user management and customer retention through deep integration with WeChat
• Assist on feature and content localization on the China product to help drive sales
• Responsible for strategically analyzing new business models, emerging technical trends, and will be supporting on product- focused, process-driven and service-led innovations for China market
• Serve as expert on trend-setting practices, particularly in mobile space, including analysis of the competitive landscape in China market

Skills Required:

• 3 to 5 years’ Product Management experience, working on WeChat integrations and implementing mini programs
• Experience driving subscription, customer retention and customer satisfaction
• In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle with hands-on involvement in past projects
• Well read about technology, design and UX trends with good understanding of user-centric design principles is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work at a cross-functional level and be comfortable with interacting with senior leadership
• Working proficiency in English
